229.2 Holy crap. Lost a full pound yesterday. EXCITED. On day 290, I have now lost 50 pounds. High fives all around!
I try to keep my diet stuff to my Slow Carb Crazy tumblr, but this is an important milestone. Also, I’ve been stuck between 231 and 234 for about a month and a half, so it’s nice to see myself below 230.
